If you've never read Melanie Klein before, you should--pretty crazy stuff regarding guilt and envy (she was a disciple of Freud). Good for a laugh if nothing else!
And the nature vs. nurture discussion was interesting. I am with Weetabix regarding socialization of female guilt (sorry Jen Wade!). I just think we are completely socially-constructed beings. There have been numerous child-development/socialization studies to prove the point (and yes, I realize that some studies point to the opposite). Anyway, guilt is definitely a learned behaviour.
Although, maybe it has some sort of evolutionary purpose? Hmmm...that could be interesting...
Love you ladies! Your podcasts (and various writing projects) are fantastic--I'm an avid reader/listener (in a non-creepy stalker way! hahaha).

I had been feeling guilty that I was, like, a month behind in my podcast viewing. But, I'm all caught up now. Guilt, be gone!
